The training was well received by members of our Exec team and managers. The day was both thought provoking as well as providing some practical advice. The knowledge and expertise of the presenters enabled the group to reflect on past experience and how things could be improved next time. The group were also able to identify where our current processes had gaps and the changes that were required, to support not only our patients and their families, but also our staff. An excellent day highly recommended.
